Hello Eagles Nation! Welcome to the dog days of summer! The good news is the Eagles are Super Bowl Champions!

I find a way to remind myself of our victory at least once or twice a day. The amazing thing about winning the Super Bowl, which we are all still experiencing for the first time, is that it feels like the season just ended, but in reality, our boys are already out and OTA’s have already started.

I am so excited to go into a season as defending World Champions and I cannot wait to see how our 2018-2019 season unfolds.

What most excites me is all of our returning players from injury. I, along with the rest of you I’m sure, got to see Carson Wentz magically appear on the practice field, hopping around, throwing the football and man is that a sight for sore eyes.

I also loved seeing my shorty bop Sproles in the weight room jumping high in the air as though he is stronger than ever. It is so great to see Hicks back on the field running around, and we are also looking forward to when Training Camp starts and we can see how Jason Peters and Chris Maragos are doing.

From what I hear and what the organization is telling us, everyone is progressing nicely.

With little time to reflect on the most amazing season of Eagles seasons I have ever witnessed, I for some reason have had this group of players on my mind the most.

I can only imagine what it must feel like to work day and night, to become one of the best at what you do and to then have it all taken away from you and be forced to watch on the sidelines helplessly. To have the best quarterback and left tackle, an amazing young middle linebacker, and one of the best special team players miss the only Super Bowl win we’ve ever had is almost heartbreaking but there is a bittersweet joy about them all coming back this season healthy, refreshed and with a burning passion like they’ve never had.

Our best players missed out on our magical season finale and it’s their time to come back and show the world how we can dominate when our whole team is out there on that field. With all the years they put in, with all the love and passion they put into being the best of the best, they deserve that joy of holding up the Lombardi trophy, covered in sweat after playing the biggest game of their lives.

This team is so special and as incredible as the last season was for all of us, can you imagine how amazing of a season we will have when we have all our boys back.

Every player on our team deserves to feel that joy of being a part of that win. Every player deserves to step out on that field Super Bowl Sunday and shine. It’s such a shame that 5 of our best players didn’t get to feel that same joy. The best part about that though, is that we dominated the Patriots, and our team was missing so many important and pertinent players and yet we still showed them that it was our time to shine. So let’s bring in this 2018-2019 season with a bang. It’s time to show the world what the Eagles are made of, what we are capable of, when we actually have all our players fighting on that battlefield.

If any of you have read my articles over the past year, you will notice that I never once doubted this team; not once when we lost Carson, not once when we lost Sproles. Now that our team is complete again, let’s use this past season as motivation for how we should never doubt the team that we all hold so close to our heart. You think we played good during the Super Bowl? Let’s just see how “good” we are when we have 5 of the most passionate, determined, motivated and talented players back on that field. I am so proud of my boys and I am so excited to see the Eagles dominate yet another season. Fly Eagles Fly… Ashley Nicole Beyer Out! *
