NOTES FROM EAGLES LOSS TO ARIZONA

* WR Jordan Matthews set a career high with 159 yards on eight receptions, marking his sixth-career 100-yard game … He also scored on a career-long 78-yard touchdown, the longest reception by an Eagle since DeSean Jackson’s 91 yarder on 12/12/10 at Dallas … Matthews has a career high 72 receptions this season … Matthews has reached the end zone in three of the last four games … With 139 career receptions for 1711 yards and 13 touchdowns in his career, Matthews ranks second in receptions, third in yards, and fourth in touchdowns by an Eagle in his first two seasons.
* Tight end Zach Ertz had 78 yards on eight receptions and scored his second touchdown in the last three weeks … Over the last two games, Ertz has recorded 13 receptions for 178 yards … Ertz has three touchdowns in three career games against the Cardinals … In 12 career December games, Ertz has accumulated 54 receptions for 622 yards and six touchdowns. Six of his nine career touchdowns have come in the month of December.
* QB Sam Bradford threw for 361 yards and two touchdowns for a 91.6 rating … It was his third 300-yard game of the season and the second-highest yardage output of his career … His 78-yard touchdown to Matthews was the second-longest completion of his career … Bradford has thrown five 40-plus yard touchdowns this season and two 60-plus yarders. Five of Bradford’s eight career 40-plus yard touchdown passes have come this season … Over his last five starts, Bradford has completed 108 of 164 passes (65.9%) for 1,259 yards and seven touchdowns for a 95.6 rating.
* Tight end Brent Celek has 4,657 career receiving yards, moving past Fred Barnett and into 10th on the Eagles all-time list … DE Fletcher Cox has a sack in back-to-back games after picking up the 20th of his career … LBs Marcus Smith and Connor Barwin split a sack. It was Smith’s first-career quarterback takedown and he became the 11th different Eagle with a sack this season.
