NOTES: EAGLES HAD PLENTY OF HEROES IN WIN OVER COLTS

Darren Sproles and an opportunistic defense helped the Eagles erase a 14-point deficit in the second half with a walk-off 36-yard field goal by Cody Parkey.
The Birds remain alone in first place in the NFC East and face division foe Washington Redskins this Sunday at the Linc. 1 p.m. (FOX)
• The Eagles have won each of their last six road openers … Philadelphia is 9-3 in their last 12 road contests … Overall, they are 9-1 in their last ten regular season games dating back to last season.
• After trailing 17-0 and 17-6 at halftime of their first two games this season, the Eagles have outscored opponents 58-10 in the second half, sparking two come-from-behind wins. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, the Eagles are the fourth team in the last 30 years to win consecutive games after trailing by 14 or more in the second half … Philadelphia has scored at least 30 points in nine games under Chip Kelly … K Cody Parkey’s game-winning field goal as time expired was the first such field goal by an Eagle since David Akers did so in the NFC Wild Card playoff game vs. NYG (1/7/07).
• RB Darren Sproles racked up career highs in receiving yards (152) and scrimmage yards (178) and scored his second rushing touchdown of the season … Sproles had a 57-yard catch (fourth-longest of his career) and a 51-yard catch en route to his sixth 100-yard receiving game … Sproles has eclipsed 100 scrimmage yards 17 times in his career and he has 17 career 50-yard plays.
• QB Nick Foles threw for 331 yards and a touchdown, marking his second-straight 300-yard game and the sixth of his career … With 5,243 career passing yards, Foles moved past Rodney Peete and into 12th on the Eagles all-time passing yards list.
• The Eagles became the third team in NFL history to amass 400-plus yards of total offense 14 times during an 18-game span (New Orleans in 2011-12 and Denver in 2013-14) … TE Zach Ertz had a career-high 86 receiving yards, including his fourth 25-plus yard reception this season. Three of his four receptions against the Colts went for 20-plus yards … RB LeSean McCoy scored his 40th career rushing touchdown and his first of the season … WR Jeremy Maclin scored his second receiving touchdown of the season. With 266 career receptions, he is tied with tied Wilbert Montgomery for 16th on the team’s all-time receptions list.
• The Eagles held the Colts to just 172 passing yards, which was the third-lowest output of Andrew Luck’s career … DE Fletcher Cox was credited with his first-career forced fumble, which was recovered by LB DeMeco Ryans and led to an Eagles touchdown … S Malcolm Jenkins recorded his first interception as an Eagle and the seventh of his career … The Eagles have at least one takeaway in 15 straight games (including playoffs), their first time doing so since 2004 when they also had a streak of 15 in a row … The Eagles have held their opponents off the scoreboard on the opening possession of the game in 14 consecutive contests (including postseason).
• LB Trent Cole played in his 142nd game, tying Ron Jaworski for 13th on franchise’s all-time games played list. Cole has forced a fumble in both games this season and has 19 in his career … P Donnie Jones punted for a 53.8-yard gross average, which was the third-best mark in team history with a minimum of four punts.
