Eagles-Ravens Post-Game Notes 12/18/16

• Ryan Mathews set a career high with his eighth rushing touchdown of the season that he capped off with a two-point conversion. Since 2010, only three NFL RBs have had five seasons with at least six rushing scores (Adrian Peterson, Marshawn Lynch and Mathews).

• Mathews racked up 128 rushing yards, marking the third-highest total of his career and the second-highest total against the Ravens this season. It was his second 100-yard game of the year and the 15th of his career.

• Mathews’ 128 yards were the fifth-highest total ever by a visiting player at M&T Bank Stadium and the most since Peyton Hillis had 144 in 2010. The Eagles’ 169 yards as a team were the eighth-most ever by a visiting team at Baltimore and the most since Dallas had 227 in 2012

• Altogether, Philadelphia amassed 169 yards on the ground, the highest total of any visiting team in Baltimore this season and the second-highest overall against the Ravens, who came into the game surrendering an NFL-low 75.5 yards per game on the ground and just 54.6 at home.

• Carson Wentz scored his second rushing touchdown of the season. His 339 completions in 2016 are the third-highest total ever by an Eagle.

• Zach Ertz led the team with six receptions for 80 yards. Over the last seven games, he has accumulated 48 receptions for 494 yards, including 25 for 271 over the last three. In his 16 career December games, Ertz has 92 receptions for 1,015 yards and seven touchdowns.

• Jordan Hicks picked up his third interception of the season, marking his ninth-career takeaway in just 19 career starts.

• Nigel Bradham recorded a strip-sack of Joe Flacco that was recovered by Fletcher Cox. It was the second sack and second forced fumble by Bradham this season.

• Cox also picked up a sack and has 2.5 over the last two games, while leading the team with 6.5 this season, the second-highest total of his career.

• Brandon Graham and Beau Allen split a sack. Graham is second on the team with 5.5 this season, while Allen became the 13th different Eagle to take down the opposing quarterback this season.

• The Eagles are 4-6 on two-point conversions this season, setting a team record for the most two-point conversions in a season, according to Stats Inc.

• Eagles marched on a 17-play, 7:42 drive (both season highs) that led to a field goal. It was the longest drive by an Eagles team in terms of plays since 2012. The offense totaled a season-high 27 first downs in the game.
