The Giants 2015 first round pick out of the University of Miami struggled in New York from the day he arrived. Two of the first three plays from scrimmage in 2018 were penalties. So the writing was on the wall for this and has been since Big Blue made wholesale changes at the top after the 2017 ended with a 3-13 record.
The Giants signed tackle Brian Mihalik off their practice squad to take Flowers’ roster spot.
Chad Wheeler replaced him after week two.

The former high school and college wrestling star has gone from the mat to the operating room with a fresh look at the ever-advancing state of orthopaedics
Dr. Courtney works for the Rothman Institute, located at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center in Center City Philadelphia as a hip and knee replacement surgeon.
Dr. Courtney was and continues to be a standout in athletics. He wrestled for LaSalle College High School, where he earned All-Catholic honors as 6-foot-4, 171 pounder. The Explorers won the 2003 Catholic League Championship.

St. Joe’s Hammonton suffered its first loss of the season while Williamstown remained unbeaten at 5-0 and is the favorite right now in the South Jersey Group 5 race. Sophomore sensation Johnny Martin III has led No. 4 Highland Regional to a 5-0 record and a big favorite in the South Jersey Group 4 race, The running back has rushed for 876 yards on 133 carries and nine touchdowns in the first five games.
