The Giants 2015 first round pick out of the University of Miami struggled in New York from the day he arrived. Two of the first three plays from scrimmage in 2018 were penalties. So the writing was on the wall for this and has been since Big Blue made wholesale changes at the top after the 2017 ended with a 3-13 record.
The Giants signed tackle Brian Mihalik off their practice squad to take Flowers’ roster spot.
