By 5pm he will be in a grueling training session with Team Ascension trainer Kevin “KJ” Johnson. Kevin Johnson has trained the likes of LB Ahmad Brooks and Tunde Bakare.

In a move that has not been received well by many Eagles fans and panned by most observers, the Eagles announced today they have agreed to terms on a trade that will send quarterback Nick Foles, a fourth round draft pick in 2015 and a second round pick in 2016 to the St. Louis Rams in exchange for quarterback Sam Bradford and the Rams fifth round pick in 2015.

POWER STRUGGLE IN EAGLES FRONT OFFICE RESULTS IN EXIT BY VP TOM GAMBLE

EAGLES ON THE BRINK AFTER LOSING TO REDSKINS

For the Eagles, it was all hands on deck for the game against Washington at FedEx Field. Win and there was a realistic chance to grab the NFC East title and get a home game in the playoffs.
All those hands showed up, but unfortunately for Eagles fans, those palms all had a hand in the Birds stunning 27-24 loss to the Redskins.

GIANTS ‘OTHER’ ROOKIE ANDRE WILLIAMS QUIETLY MAKING PROGESS

The last Giants rookie to lead the team in rushing over a full season was Joe Montgomery in 1999 (with all of 348 yards). Andre Williams has an excellent opportunity to be the next.
Williams will again start and be the Giants’ primary back when the team takes on the St. Louis Rams Sunday in the Edward Jones Dome. Rashad Jennings, who is listed as the No. 1 running back on the depth chart, will not play because of the sprained ankle he suffered at Jacksonville three weeks ago. It will be the fifth game Jennings will miss this season. The last two weeks, he was limited to a total of three carries.
