By 5pm he will be in a grueling training session with Team Ascension trainer Kevin “KJ” Johnson. Kevin Johnson has trained the likes of LB Ahmad Brooks and Tunde Bakare.

Athletes at all levels are constantly looking for the latest cutting edge training techniques to increase athletic ability and outperform their competition. We lift plates, bars and bells. We stretch bands, jump over cones and run through ladders. We eat “special” proteins, calculate carbs and ingest sports drinks.

In a move that has not been received well by many Eagles fans and panned by most observers, the Eagles announced today they have agreed to terms on a trade that will send quarterback Nick Foles, a fourth round draft pick in 2015 and a second round pick in 2016 to the St. Louis Rams in exchange for quarterback Sam Bradford and the Rams fifth round pick in 2015.
Various reports claim this move could affect the status and future of head coach Chip Kelly, not because of his performance but because Kelly wanted to work with Gamble. The 2014 draft has been a failure to date with only WR Jordan Matthews (second round) and DT Beau Allen (seventh round) making any kind of impact.
For the Eagles, it was all hands on deck for the game against Washington at FedEx Field. Win and there was a realistic chance to grab the NFC East title and get a home game in the playoffs.
All those hands showed up, but unfortunately for Eagles fans, those palms all had a hand in the Birds stunning 27-24 loss to the Redskins.
The last Giants rookie to lead the team in rushing over a full season was Joe Montgomery in 1999 (with all of 348 yards). Andre Williams has an excellent opportunity to be the next.
Williams will again start and be the Giants’ primary back when the team takes on the St. Louis Rams Sunday in the Edward Jones Dome. Rashad Jennings, who is listed as the No. 1 running back on the depth chart, will not play because of the sprained ankle he suffered at Jacksonville three weeks ago. It will be the fifth game Jennings will miss this season. The last two weeks, he was limited to a total of three carries.

There are football fans out there who think kickers are just soccer players pulled off the pitch for a few hours every week to kick extra points and field goals.
