Philadelphia Looks to Keep Winning Streak Going in Week 14

PHILADELPHIA (June 26, 2015) – The Philadelphia Soul look to keep the winning streak alive this week. The Soul (11-2) will host the Tampa Bay Storm (6-6) in Week 14 on the Rothman Field at the Wells Fargo Center on Friday, June 26 at 7:30 p.m.  The game will be broadcast on ESPN3.

Toliver.  So far this season, Stevenson has had 67 total tackles, four interceptions for 45 yards, and five pass break ups.  In the first game (Week 9) against the Storm, he recorded three total tackles.  This season, Toliver has recorded 81 receptions for 1121 yards and 26 touchdowns.  In Week 9, he recorded 3 receptions for 37 yards and no touchdowns.

The next match-up to look for is the Soul offensive line—Adam Smith, Shannon Breen, and Neal Tivis—up against the Storm’s defensive line. So far this season, the line has worked well together to protect Raudabaugh by allowing only seven quarterback sacks.  The Storm defense has a total of 12 sacks for 71 yards.

The final match-up to keep an eye out for is Soul WRs—Marco Thomas and Ryan McDaniel—up against the Storm’s secondary. Thomas leads the Soul WRs with 114 catches for 1348 yards and 31 touchdowns.  Combined the two receivers have a total of 204 catches for 2363 yards and 52 touchdowns.  The Storm’s defensive backs have together recorded 180.5 tackles, 10 interceptions for 67 yards, 44 pass break ups, three forced fumbles, and seven fumble recoveries.
