Lloyd Morrison is a physical presence at 320 lbs and 6’ 2” his ability speaks for itself. Morrison meets the average height and weight of an NFL Center let alone his stellar performance as an Offensive Lineman at Fordham University.
In 2012 Morrison started all 11 games for the Fordham University Rams. He was a part of an explosive offense that assisted running back Carlton Koonce in setting a single season rushing record. Koonce scored 14 touchdowns, running more than 1500 rushing yards.
“Lloyd came in for a two day practice with the team in 2014 and really opened some eyes with his talent,” says Soul Coach Phil Bogle. “We are really looking forward to seeing the competition for the starting center position this year.”
The Philadelphia Soul start practice next weekend at the Fieldhouse in Morristown, NJ. O.L. Lloyd Morrison is one of many top prospects to look forward to this spring. QB Tommy Taggart and LB Beau Bell are newly acquired stars on both sides of the ball. There’s no doubt about it this season of Soul Football will be exciting!
